Please submit the request no later than 45 days prior to the event. All requests must be accompanied by a formal request letter from the organization. Your organization’s registered Non-Profit Tax ID must be provided. Only one request per organization per calendar year will be considered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for requests to be processed.
